A Song For Luke
This song was created for Luke, a hospice patient at Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix, AZ. It was requested by Social Worker, Lisa Maddock, LMSW, APHSW-C, as a way to honor his journey and bring comfort during his final days. His daughter, Kayla, was deeply moved by the tribute, and we are grateful to have permission to share their story.

From Families & Loved Ones
❤️ **"Hi to the staff at A Song For You. I’ve been meaning to write to you now for weeks. I wanted to personally reach out and thank you for the beautiful song you wrote for Luke. He was so touched by it that he asked for the lyrics to be hung on his wall in the group home, right in front of his bed, where he could read them daily. You captured his daughter's heart and true devotion to her dad beautifully.
I cannot find words to adequately express my gratitude and how much this priceless gift means to our family. The day he received this precious gift was the last day before he moved into hospice. This is my last memory with him. I hope one day we can meet in person, but until then, please know I’m sending you a big hug and lots of love. Thank you again for everything."**
